A new expertise developed at AXTEN: Contracts, competition and distribution

In order to assist its growth and to best meet the expectations of its clients, AXTEN has recently been joined by Benoît PHILIPPE who takes direct responsibility for the firm’s expertise in economic law.

With twelve years’ experience in this field, he will assist AXTEN clients on all legal issues:

  • in distribution and commercial contract law,
  • in competition law and regulation,
  • and in consumer protection and sales promotion law.

He has particular expertise in regulated sectors such as telecommunications and online gaming.

Benoît PHILIPPE, 36 years old, holds the DJCE (Diplôme de Juriste-Conseil d’Entreprise – Degree in Corporate Legal Consulting]) and a DESS (Diplôme d’Etudes Supérieures Spécialisées – Degree in Specialised Higher Education) in Business Law (University of Caen – 2000). He began his career in the “European law, competition and economic régulations” department of CMS BUREAU FRANCIS LEFEBVRE in Paris where he worked for eight years. He then joined the AKLEA law firm for one year before establishing his own organisation since 2011. He will work as a senior associate.
